This is beautiful Marilene. Is the sheen from the paint or do you have a finish on the paper? What is the difference between gouache and acrylic gouache?

Hello Nancy
thanks for your comments..Acrylic gouache is a mixture of acrylic and gouache
Acrylic is fluid, glossy but not too opaque and I need to use many layers of it to cover the surface
Goauche is opaque and not brilliant and you cannot superimpose too many layers
By mixing those two in a tube they give you the qualities of both the gouache and the acrylic, brilliancy and opaque surface and you can paint more easily ..at least I do find it easier..they sell acrylic gouache at
asw.com

I also use acrylic inks on the first surface and finish with gloss to give it the stain glass effect
I hope I am answering to your questions..I am always trying to invent new techniques to get new effects
Have a happy new Year
